Desired and practical precision of determining navigational and geodetic parameters in aerogeophysical exploration is investigated by the example of the Impulse-Aero-type helicopter exploration platform. The paper presents techniques for estimating time intervals of reliable determination of target signals depending on medium parameters and helicopter fuselage distance, desired precision requirements of previously unregulated geodetic values, and results of flight tests.

Key words: satellite positioning, navigation, aerogeophysical survey, EM-platform, magnetic survey, electrical survey, TEM, geodetic maintenance.
