HIERARCHY AND INVERSION OF THE SEDIMENTARY COVER STRUCTURES (ON THE EXAMPLE OF A JUNCTION BETWEEN THE URALS AND THE WEST-SIBERIAN PLATE)
V. P. Alekseev, E. S. Vorozhev, S. A. Rylkov, O. S. Chernova
The hierarchy of geodynamic structures and proportion of geotectonic and lithostratigraphic ranks are defined. The boundary between structures of the folded Urals and the Western-Siberian Plate is determined. Its fixing on the distinguished Krasnoleninskiy regional lineament is substantiated. The inversion of the sedimentary cover units structure (lithocycles) is characterized at their correlation. It is shown, that nonlinear processes, such as reverse faults and vortex structures, were widely developed during formation of the geological features.
Key words: lineament, organization levels, rank, sedimentary basin, lithocycle, inversion, reverseregime, vortex structure, pacemaker, blow-up regime.
