UDC 330.15:(553.411.04+553.43.04)(571.51) USE OF THE PROBABILISTIC APPROACH FOR IDENTIFICATION OF COMPETITIVE BEHAVIOR STRATEGIES OF THE KRASNOYARSK REGION MINING COMPANIES

The article provides estimation made with the use of the probabilistic approach of how the presence of mineral deposits influences the region economy. It also gives the results of studying the structure of the Krasnoyarsk region mineral resources complex regarding presence of the enterprises with different types of competitive behavior strategies. The enterprises with potentially destructive strategy have been found to predominate in the gold mining sector of the Krasnoyarsk region. It appears that practically there is no competitive environment in the gold-placer mining. As for the copper-bearing deposits of the Krasnoyarsk region, the enterprises are mostly competitively oriented.
