TO THE POSSIBILITY OF CORRELATION OF THE GEOLOGICAL SECTIONS OF WESTERN PART OF THE SIBERIAN PLATFORM

The authors have compared the reflected energy pattern of the Riphean deposits, derived from Reapakbased treatment of CDP seismic profiles of the remote territories of the Yenisei Ridge, East Siberia, and the border area of the West Siberian Plate. The reflected energy patterns turned out to be identifiable at a rather long distance. It enables identifying the Riphean deposits in new and poorly explored areas and estimate their lithological features.
