When studying the concentration distribution of organic matter in rocks, scientists are usually limited to constructing maps of the average contents of Сorg or OM according to the analytical definitions by core. To increase the density of observations in highly radioactive strata, Corg definitions obtained from the WL interpretation results are used. The present paper contains the integration of analytical definitions of Сorg and definitions of Corg obtained using the dependence (concentration of Corg from the values of gamma ray logging) which allowed researchers to characterize the distribution of Corg for each studied well in the entire section pointwise through 0.5 m. To create a three-dimensional model of Сorg contents, an interpolation by three-dimensional splines expressed in terms of Green’s functions was chosen, giving an opportunity to characterize the distribution of Corg in various cross sections and near-horizontal sections in detail. The described technology can be used in studyng the filtration properties of the Bazhenovо Formation, for spatial localization of accumulations and solving basin modeling problems.
