The article presents the results of palynological studies of the Lower-Middle Jurassic strata recovered from the Tulay-Kiryakskaya-1 well and represented by the Zimnyaya, Airkat, Kiterbyut, Korotkiy, Aprelevskiy, Arangastakh and Yuryung-Tumus Formations. The investigated well is situated on the territory of the Yana-Anabar facies region of marine sedimentogenesis. As a result of palynological analysis six biostratons with spores and pollen and four biostratons with dinocysts were established for the Pliensbachian-Bajocian interval and their geological age was substantiated.

Keywords: biostratigraphy, palynology, dinoflagellate cysts (dynocysts), spores, pollen, Lower and Middle Jurassic, Eastern Siberia.
