Geophysical setting of the Blagodatnoye deposit is caused by the combination of petrophysical heterogeneities of various stages of its development. Differentiation of dislocation metamorphism zones which carried out structural control of mineralization is determined by the formation of cleavage sites with magnetic pyrrhotite and polarizing graphite and areas of high-resistance quartzous rocks. The enrichment of pre-ore metasomatites with carbonaceous matter and radioactive elements led to their abnormal manifestation in natural electrical and radiogeochemical fields. Transformations of the ore stage performed by solutions of bicarbonate composition are characterized by significant petrophysical contrast. The zoning of geophysical anomalies accompanying ore bodies on the modern plan is due to the vertical petrophysical heterogeneity of ore zone and varying depth of its ore trunction. The temperature has become the leading factor in the formation of petrophysical heterogeneity. With increasing temperature, the proportion of monoclinic pyrrhotite in the composition of ores and their magnetic susceptibility increased, the inversion of which occurred with the appearance of non-magnetic hexagonal pyrrhotite, the reaction of carbonate formation was suppressed, that contributed to the preservation of the polarization properties of rocks and extraction of uranium in hydrocarbonate complexes. The decrease in temperature led to the mass fixation of carbon dioxide in carbonates, disturbance of the polarization properties of rocks, decrease in the migration ability of uranium and its accumulation.
