The paper describes the formation features of industrial waters containing scandium within the Bukhara-Karshi region. At this, industrial waters are formed in asymmetric structures, where these waters preferably spread in the elevated structure part, and the lowered part is characterized by compaction of structures. It is particularly distinguished by the isolation of hydrogeochemical conditions within oil and gas structures. Tectono-dynamic and tectono-physical processes play an important role in the formation and accumulation of industrial waters. Within the present study, paragenic association of geochemical elements characterized by a high correlation relationship was established. The joint occurrence of scandium and associated elements is consistent with the classification – types of element concentrations on geochemical barriers. The complex formation is controlled by the pH indicator.
