New data on intrusive magmatism, its composition, fluid regime features, and absolute age of the Osinovsky stock are presented. Two interstitial phases are distinguished: 1) granites, 2) leucogranites and dikes of aplite. The zircon age of leucogranites was defined by the U-Pb method (SHRIMP II) – 254±3 Ma. The rocks of the Osinovsky stock reveal a tetrad effect of fractionation of rare earth elements (W–type in granites, M-type in leucogranites), that indicates a change in the activity of aquacomplexes in magmatogenic fluids to fluorine complexes. It was found that the deposit ores were formed during four stages of mineralization: greisen-tungstenite, vein quartz-tungstite, quartz-sulphide and calcite-fluorite. The study of primary gasliquid inclusions in minerals showed that temperatures of homogenization of inclusions in quartz of the 1st generation were 382 °C and decreased to 160 °C in quartz of the 3rd generation with varying pressures from 0.8 to 1.9 kbar. The reserves of tungsten trioxide in ores and prognostic resources of the P1 category allow researchers to recommend the Osinovskoye deposit for mine development.
