WATER DISSOLVED GASES INFLUENCE ON INCREASING OF INSOLATING PROPERTIES OF THE CLAY PARTINGS (BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE MEDVEZHYE FIELD)
The article is dedicated to investigation of a role of water dissolved gases during the gas accumulation formation and subsequent exploitation. The object of study is the Senomanian gas accumulation and the underlying water-pressure system of the Medvezhye fi eld. The calculation data of hydrocarbon gases segregated from the water-pressure system are adduced. A new hypothesis that gases segregated from ground waters promote the increase of insolating properties of the overlying clay caps is made.
Key words: water-dissolved gases, Senomanian gas accumulation, degassing processes, layered section.
